Natalie Bell
President
Natalie started in property management in 2010 and has held almost every position since - from receptionist to maintenance supervisor to VP of Operations. She is a licensed Oregon Property Manager, has her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from IREM and a Washington State broker’s real estate license. Her experience is primarily working with small, mom and pop style owners so she understands strong communication flow and the value of processes (she also has a bachelors degree in Psychology which means she knows what you’re thinking before you even think it). Outside of work you can find Natalie with her family reading a book, riding a horse or making empanadas.
Laci Pope
Senior Property Manager
Laci brings over 23 years of property management experience including large multi-family, commercial and single family homes in Portland. Laci also has prior experience in real estate sales which contributes to her robust knowledge of the local real estate market. A Eugene local, Laci enjoys the outdoor access to kayaking, camping and exploring the beautiful PNW with her family.
